Shipping Policy:

Shipping costs are being calculated during checkout.

We love every order placed with us and aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of receipt.

Orders that are placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control.

Delivery estimate after dispatch is 3-5 working days.

Custom charges can occur for orders shipped.

You will be directly responsible for these payments. We cannot be responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs, so we advise you to check with your local customs before making your order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form – please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect/ incomplete addresses. Nulamunda cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by any third party, as this is outside of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We do our best to ensure product satisfaction. However, if for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, we accept returns for unused and unopened products, notifying Nulamunda within 72 hours of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept items that are used or opened as we uphold the highest hygiene standards.

It is not possible for us to accept returns on items that may have triggered an allergic reaction. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of any sensitivities or allergies they may have. 

If the product purchased is defective or has been damaged in transit, please notify Nulamunda within 72 hours of receipt by emailing to: Hello@nulamunda.com

For any undamaged, unused and unopened product, simply return it with the original accessories and packaging provided along with the original receipt within 72hours. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
